University of Kyrenia Galatasaray Fan Club organized an event on the occasion of the 21 March World Down Syndrome Awareness Day.

Within the framework of the event, a group of students and teachers from the Kyrenia Special Education and Job Training School, affiliated to the TRNC Ministry of National Education, paid a visit to University of Kyrenia

Galatasaray Fan Club members stated that they organized such an activity in order to raise social awareness about Down syndrome and to prevent discrimination and negative attitudes.
The event, which was held in the University of Kyrenia cafeteria, took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
